You must enroll as a new hire within your first 10 calendar days of employment; otherwise, you may enroll during the Open Enrollment period that occurs each April/May with coverage effective July 1. Note: Certain family status changes may enable you to enroll other than as a new hire or during open enrollment. Please refer to the Life Events tab in the top navigation bar for more information.
When does coverage begin?
Coverage begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment, or two full calendar months, whichever occurs first.
